    • What do I do if a unit is blowing cold air?

      1) Power the unit off and leave it for 1-2 hrs to allow the safety devices to cool down and reset.  

          a) If this now blows warm or hot air, continue to use unit

          b) If after 2 hours it still blows cold air, then the permanent safety device has activated, and you will need to reach out to CDB customer services team with imagery of your installation and we will be in touch with future instructions.
