  • How do I operate Air Purification mode?
    The included HEPA and activated carbon filters operate automatically on this model so there is not action required. After 600 hours of use, the replacement filter indicator light will turn on, advising you need to replace your filters. Click here to purchase new filters

    How does the timer function work?
    

    This fan features an electronic timer that allows you to set a period of time after which the fan will turn off. This is called a delay timer. If you want the fan to turn off after 3 hours, you would set the timer to 3h and when the 3 hours has elapsed the fan will turn off. You cannot set a specific time for the fan to turn off.

    Why does my heater keep running once I turn it off?
    When you turn a Ceramic Tower or Ceramic Wall heater off the fan may continue to operate for approximately 30 seconds to help cool the element before the unit turns off. This is normal.

    Why does a light stay illuminated once I turn the heater off?
    The light signifies standby mode. The unit is not off but in standby waiting for an input from either the control panel or the remote control. This is very much like your TV.
